Richard is the CEO of the Marlborough Group. Richard joined Marlborough in 2018 following the successful sale and integration of Parmenion into Aberdeen Standard. He has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, including key senior leadership roles in organisations including Parmenion, SEI, Ascentric, 1st Software and Noble Lowndes. He is a values-based leader, which is reflected in the group’s culture and defined values. He has a strong drive and results-driven approach, together with an entrepreneurial spirit, and has achieved an MBA and Diploma in Financial Services. Richard also holds a number of non-executive board positions with other companies, where he employs his knowledge and experience to support business growth and ongoing success.
